The room type that is on offer is the independent apartment. It consists of one bedroom with a single and double bed , a small lounge area with table and four chairs with cable TV, a utility area for ironing and the bathroom.

It is an upstairs apartment with a balcony that has extensive views over agricultural land, currently for the cultivation of rice.

There is AC in the bedroom, and a stand up fan is also available.

The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. It consists of a toilet, douche, wash basin and hot water shower. Free wifi is available throughout the property.

The Salubrious Resort is located off the main A28 road, that connects Anuradhapura to small villages in the interior. It is 10 mins by tuktuk to Anuradhapura Ruins, 40 mins to Mihintale Rock and 35 mins to Wilpaththu National Park.The guest house has various rooms and one apartment. Therefore facilities such as a reception desk and small restaurant, cater more for the other guests but can be equally used by those that are in the apartment.

You are located in an agricultural area and so the views are excellent. However the guest house is just off the road, and there may be some noise from the road. It is though one of the main roads that go direct to Anuradhapura, which can be reached in 10 minutes.
