The Niwahana Holiday Residence is located to the south of Anuradhapura town.  It is 15 minutes by tuktuk to Anuradhapura Ruins, 35 minutes to Mihintale Rock and 35 minutes to Wilpaththu National Park. It is set off the road in an area with rice fields with ample car parking. This hotel is not really central, but it does have a unique charm with an impressive staircase.
