There is free wifi but the signal may reach outside your room, but not in it. Best wifi reception is from the restaurant, and there are good tables to work on there too.

The guest house is about 1.5 kms from Habarana in the direction of Polonnaruwa.

Habarana is on the route direct from Trincomalee to Dambulla. The bus stops at the Habarana junction for travellers who want to go to Sigiriya. Whilst going to Sigiriya would involve catching two buses, taking a tuktuk is shorter and quicker as they use back roads not practical for bus transport.

The guest house is 18 kms from Sigiriya, 20 kms from Dambulla, 53 kms to Polonarruwa and 83 kms to Trincomalee. It is a small town of only about 5,000 to 10,000 people. It is used as a base for visiting other places of interest such as Sigiriya Rock and Minneriya National Park. As such there are many hotels and guest houses in the area.
